Anusha Mandavilli brings a wealth of corporate leadership experience to Safe Spaces Inc., coupled with a deep understanding of organizational cultures. Anusha is queer affirmative and envisions a world where every workplace becomes a psychologically safe environment, free from sexual harassment. She is passionate about multiplying the impact by training certified professionals who can champion this cause forward.

An advocate for lifelong learning, Anusha holds strong academic credentials from NIT Warangal and XLRI. She continues to enrich her knowledge and skills, earning certifications such as SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional) and training as a coach in International Coach Federation (ICF) competencies.

Beyond POSH Advisory, Anusha offers strategic HR consulting services and managerial/leadership coaching. She believes that learning is a continuous journey, and the best way to learn is by teaching others.
