This Advanced POSH Practitioner Certification (by Safe Spaces™ Inc. in collaboration with POSHshala) is designed for professionals looking to deepen their expertise under the POSH Act, 2013 (Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace – Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal).
The program goes beyond foundational knowledge, focusing on building practical capability to handle complex workplace scenarios, strengthen Internal Committee effectiveness, and support organisations in maintaining compliant and safe environments.
