You can provide the 2 mandatory trainings as per POSH Compliance for any organisation >10 employees: 1) Employee Sensitisation 2) Internal committee orientation
You can serve as an external member for the Internal Committee aiding in the formulation of Anti-Sexual Harassment Policies, assisting companies in filing Annual Returns, and providing advisory services on POSH matters.
3. If I’m not a legal professional, am I eligible to conduct POSH Trainings or serve as an External member?
Absolutely yes! Eligibility to conduct POSH Trainings or serve as an External member isn’t contingent upon being a legal professional. The Act doesn’t mandate trainers or External members to be lawyers.
4. I am not associated with any NGO. Can I serve as an external member.
Yes! Contrary to the popular belief, as per the Act, it is not mandatory for the external member to be associated with an NGO.
5. Will I receive any certificates upon completing the workshop? If yes, which ones are those?
